Attorney Chuck Northcutt has deep roots in Northern Ohio and has experience in estate planning, probate and real estate documents preparation, as well as courtroom experience as a former Cuyahoga County Assistant Prosecutor and a solo practitioner.

Additionally, Chuck Northcutt has a depth of experience in determining title history and current mineral ownership leasing rights.

A native of Lorain County and a Marine Corps veteran, Chuck Northcutt earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State Marshall Law School where he was honored as the SBA Senator of the Year, earned degrees from Kent State University and Lorain County Community College where he served as Student Senate President and is a graduate of Midview High School in Grafton.
